No tracking; one language cookie
This site runs no analytics or tracking scripts. It sets one cookie, and only when you choose a language in the language menu: "lang" (value en, de or fr), so that the site opens in that language on your next visit. The cookie is kept for one year, is not shared with anyone and can be deleted in your browser at any time. Your choice of the light or dark theme, and whether animations are paused, is stored only in your browser (local storage) and is not sent to us. Neither needs your consent, because both are necessary for a function you asked for (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). The only form is the contact form described below. We do not record what you do here; the host keeps technical access logs (see Hosting).
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, and delivered through its content delivery network. To deliver the page, Vercel processes technical connection data (IP address, time of request, requested page, browser type) in server logs for as long as needed to operate and secure the service, as set out in Vercel's data processing terms. Data may be processed in the USA: Vercel states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), and its data processing agreement contains the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR, our legitimate interest in providing the site securely.
Contact by e-mail
If you write to us, we keep your message and address to answer it. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b or f GDPR. We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed.
Contact form
The controller is the person named in the Impressum: Aliaksandr Varabyou, 47608 Geldern (e-mail alex.v@mcsq.tech). If you use the contact form, we process the name, company (optional), e-mail address, topic and message that you enter, in order to handle your request for a meeting or for trial access. We do not use your details for marketing and do not create an account for you. Your IP address is used briefly to protect the form against abuse (a limit on submissions per address) and is not stored on this site. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR for requests for a meeting or trial access, and Art. 6 (1) f GDPR for other requests and for abuse protection. The form is delivered to us as an e-mail by Resend, Inc. (USA), which acts as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of a data processing agreement. The transfer to the USA (Art. 44 ff. GDPR) rests on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) c GDPR) that are part of Resend's data processing agreement; in addition, Resend participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We delete your request once it is handled, at the latest after 6 months. Your rights are described under "Your rights" below.
